So you want naturally silky, shiny and full hair, right? Well other than using the many hair care products available there are also some natural hot oil hair care treatments that you can use to keep your hair lustrous and silky. The sesame oil hair treatment we will be talking about today also moisturizes your scalp.

You can make this hair treatment in your own kitchen at home. All you need is two tablespoons of sesame oil. Put the oil in a bowl and place the bowl in the microwave. You can then heat the oil in your microwave for about a minute before you apply it on to your hair.

Take your heated sesame oil to the bathroom and you will need some cotton balls to help you apply the oil to your hair. Simply dip the cotton ball into the oil and then rub it into your scalp. You can then section off your hair, and continue to rub into your scalp in every section. The oil in the bowl should be just enough to cover your whole head, when you are done applying it.

Use your fingers to massage your scalp, to generate heat that helps the oil to penetrate deep into the roots. Let us not forget that the oil is already hot too, so the extra heat will also help make your scalp gentle. After you have massaged your hair for a few minutes take a shower cap and cover your hair in it. This is done to maintain the heat you generated as close to the scalp as possible.

Keep the cap on for about thirty minutes or so, while you read a book or do your nails or even just sit and watch television. After the time is up, you can wash out the oil using your shampoo. You can repeat this procedure every weekend and soon you will start to see a difference in the texture of your hair.
